Thanksgiving is a time for tradition, for hearty family dinners, and plenty of mashed potatoes. But some have decided to take Thanksgiving dining to the next level, by taking non-traditional foods and Thanksgiving-izing them. Here are three that we want to try.

Vegan soda drinkers who are also big Thanksgiving food fans, we found your new favorite drink. During the holidays, Jones Soda released this crazy looking soda that tastes just like that vegan turkey stuff you might have spotted in your grocery store. We’re a little scared, but we might take a sip if we have the chance.

Turkey Cranberry Cupcakes

Yummy Cupcakes in Los Angeles serves up gourmet cupcakes in sometimes-wacky flavors, but for Thanksgiving they go above and beyond with their Turkey Cranberry Cupcakes. The batter is even flavored with gravy for that extra layer of Thanksgiving flavor.

Thanksgiving Croissant

Think about all of the flavors of Thanksgiving… Now, think about all of those flavors wrapped up into one pastry. Momofuku Milk Bar, in New York City, serves up the Thanksgiving Croissant each November and it aims to quench that TG dinner craving in a single handful of buttery, turkey goodness. It’s made with a yeast dough that’s folded with stuffing-spiced butter, and then filled with cranberry sauce, roasted turkey (light AND dark meat), and gravy.
